YMC Chiral ART Polysaccharides

YMC CHIRAL ART Coated Polysaccharides Guard Columns

YMC recommends that you always use a guard column with the same packing material and of the recommended inner diameter for your column. A YMC guard column is normally composed of a cartridge holder and a guard cartridge. The holder can be used repeatedly. Guard cartridges should be changed frequently in order to maximise their protection of the main column.

CHIRAL ART Amylose-C and Cellulose-C are based on a YMC silica packing material coated with the polysaccharide derivatives. CHIRAL ART Amylose-C Neo is a grade-up column/packing material of Amylose-C. They offer a wide application range with high durability, and are also suitable for SMB/SFC.

CHIRAL ART Amylose- C and Cellulose-C are competitively priced compared to established vendors.

        Available coated phases are:

CHIRAL ART Amylose-C with chiral selector Amylose tris (3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)

CHIRAL ART Amylose-C Neo with chiral selector Amylose tris (3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)

CHIRAL ART Cellulose-C with chiral selecor Cellulose tris (3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)
